Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to proceed.

Ship the Item: Carefully package the item and include the RMA number on the package. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. The refund process will vary based on the reason for the return:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return, and your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.
